Thank Goodness August Is Over

As a celebration that the month of August is over Wyatt got his first Happy Meal.  Don't ask me what the heck that toy is is suppose to be that came in it. . :)

Why are we so glad August is over? Well let me explain...this is all in chronological order:

• WEEK 1 - Wyatt gets a yeast infection 
• WEEK 2 - Wyatt & I take a trip to Utah for the week where Wyatt got not sleep at night
• WEEK 3 - Wyatt catches a cold from his cousin from when we were in Utah visiting.
• WEEK 4 - Wyatt catches the Chicken Pox from his vaccine that he received from the beginning of the month.
• WEEK 4/5 - Wyatt get an ear infection (probably from his cold he had the week before)
• WEEK 5 - Wyatt's first molar starts coming in/came in
• WEEK 5 - Wyatt ends the month with another yeast infection from the antibiotics that he was taking to get rid of his ear infection....lots of diarrhea. 

Now you understand why we are happy August is over? There was one good thing that happened in August (besides seeing family/friends in Utah), Carson & I celebrated our 4 year anniversary.  We celebrated by going to the temple  & eating at Ruth's Chris Steak House.

Playing House

I grew up playing in this and now Wyatt gets to have it.  He loves playing in it, especially when Dad  goes in  it too.

Huggies Diaper Dash

Babies R Us had a "Huggies Diaper Dash" where 5 babies competed at a time and raced.  The grand prize winner received 3 months of  Huggies diapers. Here the dads are giving the boys a pregame talk

Watch the below video. You will see that Wyatt crossed the start line way after the race was over.....maybe next time Wyatt. His friend Owen ending up winning this race. Mom and Dad are still proud of you.

He has done this a few times now.  He wakes up from his nap and then ends up falling back asleep leaning on his bumper. So precious!
