Giraffe Reupholstered Chair



I have had this chair for almost 3 year.  I purchased it with the plan to reuphoster it.  I wish I would have taken a before picture, but I didn't. Here is the finished product. Many thanks to Brooke for her help. It wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be.



Voting Day

We voted yesturday and I learned two things: 1) You can take a cheat seat in with you. (What was I thinking all these years trying to memorize everything) 2) You don't have to vote in the little cube that is set up. You can go outside. You can go to your car.  You can take it home and bring it back later. (Ideal when you have a tired/whinney baby.)

There is a new balance of power in our Nation. President Obama and his party were delt a serious blow last night loosing several key Senate, House and Govenor races. We now have control of the House. Now maybe we can see some changes.
